How a compound weave belt is built
Compound weave belts are a variation of the balanced weave design, with alternating right- and left-hand spirals.
They use mostly straight rods with occasional crimped rods, creating a dense, smooth and tightly woven surface.
The high-density structure is ideal for small or fine products that need minimal gaps in the belt.
Where compound weave belts are used
Used for fine products in food lines and for heat treatment and sintering of small metal parts.
