Do you make metal conveyor belts to size?
Yes. Every belt is made to order to your width, length, mesh and pitch. Send us the size, what the belt carries and the operating temperature – or the details of your old belt – and we will quote on the right specification.
Which materials are available?
Most belts are available in food-grade stainless steel (SS304 or SS316), and many also in carbon steel for industrial use. Each belt page lists its material options.
Which metal belt is best for baking or freezing?
For baking ovens, flat flex, ultra-thin flattened mesh, compound weave and flat wire belts are common choices. For spiral freezers, coolers and proofers, spiral grid and self-stacking belts are used. Not sure? Tell us about your line and we will recommend a belt.
How do I measure my existing metal belt?
