Self-Stacking Spiral Belt

Self-stacking belts are made for compact spiral freezers, coolers and proofers. Side plates on the belt let each tier stack on the one below, so the spiral needs less supporting structure and fits more belt into less space – with quick, even freezing and an open, hygienic surface.

How a self-stacking belt is built
The belt is woven on an imported digital mesh weaving machine and is made up of wire mesh, cross rods and plates, usually with one-directional spirals.
It has a smooth surface and strong welds, and can run clockwise or anticlockwise through a full 360° turn.
Tracking is built into the belt's design, so no extra steering is needed.
Why choose a self-stacking belt
- Denser spiral designs save floor space.
- Quick, effective freezing of food products.
- Smooth belt surface with excellent ventilation – hygienic and easy to clean.
- High-tensile stainless steel wire strengthens the mesh and adds durability.
- No tracking or steering needed – it's built into the belt.
Where self-stacking belts are used
Common in food plants that need high freezing or cooling capacity in a small footprint.
